I write to highly recommend Regina Ames as a candidate for your firm. Ms. Ames has worked for my firm, Cotchett, Pitre, Simon & McCarthy, as a law clerk over the last year. She is an exceptional young lawyer and an asset to our profession.
Ms. Ames served as a summer associate with my firm from May 2002 until August 2002. Upon completion of her summer associate tenure, Ms. Ames was extended and she accepted an offer to work for our firm during the academic year 2002-2003.
Ms. Ames' self-motivated work ethic was apparent the moment she was hired. Ms. Ames was hired several months before the summer term began, yet she sought out the attorneys with whom she would work and inquired as to how she could prepare herself for the summer months.
Ms. Ames' self-motivated work ethic and intelligence were also apparent in her work product. She consistently provided work product of the high caliber expected from our attorneys.
